Adguard Home removes bind_hosts after update

What app is this about, and its version: Adguard Home 0.107.68~ynh1
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.34
What type of hardware are you using: Raspberry Pi 3, 4+

Everytime I updated Adguard Home recently, it removed my bind_hosts configuration, keeping only the local IP.
What can I do to keep my configuration when updating it?

Thanks a million, I did it with the help of AI, it was a little bit to complex for me, but it seems to be working.

It would be nice to have an option somewhere accesible.
