YunoHost on a Mac Mini with M1 Apple silicon

Hi,

Maybe I’m asking about the obvious, but just to be sure:

Is it possible to use YunoHost on macOS with Apple silicon, e.g. an M1 chip?

I have a mostly idling Mac mini which would be great to use for some of the apps in the YunoHost catalog

Possibly? Install stock Debian as outlined here and continue with YunoHost’s VPS installation method.

Wow do you really have heavy needs to use such a beast as a server ?

That’s certainly another supported scenario, assuming you forward all the necessary ports to VM.

not out of heavy needs, it’s just the machine that’s currently always on at home : )
