Yunohost diagnostic shows IPv4 reverse DNS not configured to the correct domain

Yonohost Diagnostic showing an error :

Reverse DNS is not correctly configured for IPv4. Some emails may fail to get delivered or be flagged as spam.

  • Current reverse DNS: abc2.def.somename
    Expected value: abc.def.somename

But I have double checked the server provider IPv4 IP address and pointer to the correct domain name as requested by Yunohost.

Not sure why diagnostic still show the error message?
