For those of you who are interested, I’ve made an architecture schema of YunoHost. This is one of the many way of looking at YunoHost and far from being the only one, it’s very dev centric

Nice ! You’re reading in my mind @Bram, I was wondering if we had such a graph, but couldn’t find any in the documentation 
I’m not sure to understand the “Portail SSO” part, shouldn’t the “Apps” box be connected to the backend? Maybe I’m not reading the graph the proper way.
You have 2 ways of doing authentication for apps : only looking for the http header (like in the schema) or also checking in addition in the ldap backend for the user (which here would have indeed be a query to ldap directly).
