Hi,
And thanks for your response.
I don’t have this plugin installed. Maybe i uninstalled it myself after the upgrade, i don’t remember.
While searching on the plugin list, i had several names corresponding.
Which one is it ?
or some other ?
Well,
I went on this page to decide which plugin i have to install. And it seems that this HTTP authentication plugin is another good candidate.
I tried again to login with simple-ldap-login and http-authentication enabled but figured out that i missed some configurations that are probably made while upgrading for the first time.
Besides, i seems to me that this commit:
deactivates the http-authentication plugin anyway. [EDIT] if the site is public (saw that after having wrote this update
Hmm the parameters of the LDAP plugin seem to be in an single.sql file…[/EDIT]
So i don’t know…I may well stop investigating.
That’s indeed https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/http-authentication/ which is used.
But disabled by default because this plugin may sometime doesn’t work.
The problem is for wordpress that there’s currently no “correct” plugins for HTTP authentication and ldap. Which is quite surprising for such an app nowadays…
Ldap should work though, even if the plugin is quite old.
