White Screen Issue When Accessing YunoHost Admin Panel

Hi everyone,

Iam facing an issue with YunoHost where the admin panel displays a completely white screen when I try to access it.

This started after a recent system update or app installation, and Iam unable to proceed or manage my server through the interface.

I have tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers, and restarting the server, but the problem persists.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to resolve it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums!

Expecting you not to work on building Yunohost on your first post, I took the liberty of moving the thread to the support forum.

• Does the regular user interface still open?
• Does logging in via SSH still work?

Also, please supply the information needed for readers of your thread to help you:

• What version of Yunohost are you running
• What hardware does your Yunohost run on
• Do you have direct access to your Yunohost, or is it for example running in a datacenter
• Provide logs relating to the upgrade or change that may have caused the problem

Thanks for the response! The admin panel still shows a white screen, though the regular UI partially works, and SSH access is fine. Iam running YunoHost version 11.1.9 on a Raspberry Pi 4. I have attached relevant logs below. Let me know if you need more details. Thanks again!

While you’re at it, please also post the output of:

$ sudo service yunohost-api status
$ sudo service yunohost-portal-api status
