Unfortunately this bit of documentation is not up-to-date. You can read [🚀 YunoHost 12.0 (Bookworm) release / Sortie de YunoHost 12.0 (Bookworm)](https://forum.yunohost.org/t/yunohost-12-0-bookworm-release-sortie-de-yunohost-12-0-bookworm/31673) : portal settings are now in each top-level domain configuration page (there is no overlay anymore, and theming is differenr now).
