I followed topic [Solved] Synapse fails to restore on a fresh installation - #2 by wbk
from Lanky. I had got same error log and same OS ( Raspberry Pi OS 32 bits for bad upgrade and bad restore, followed by bad restoration on Raspberry Pi OS 64 bits).
I was able to restore Synapse after script modification and to upgrade it.
My failure is fixed.
