# Support question form?

Many new posts here all start with “What type of hardware are you using:”
But that takes up space on the “Activity” page https∶//forum.yunohost.org/u/username/activity because you can only see the first three lines here.
Wouldn’t it be better to ask the support questions like this?

I partially agree. It makes sense to mention the app first since the Activity page does not show the thread tags. However, UX-wise, it’s better to start with the quick questions before starting to write the long-ish description of the issue. I assume the looks of the Activity page is far less important than a good ol’ search.
I’ve updated the template, and added the mention of the app version too.
