Status for the compatibility of the application after the update

After the update some applications are not working.
Its required to know current status of the application in yunohost.org/apps
Please add some column for status of the compatibility with update or time of the last update of the application.

All the applications are compatible, but you need to upgrade them manually for now

yunohost app upgrade MY_APP
# E.G.
yunohost app upgrade roundcube

The only thing that changed is that we now need this line on your PHP configuration on Nginx vhosts:
