# \[SOLVED\] Port 10000 is not reachable from outside

**Hardware:** VPS bought online ( Contabo )
**YunoHost version:** 4.3.6.3 (stable)
**I have access to my server :** Through SSH and browser
**Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?** : no
diagnosis keep giving me the error in the title even though i’ve been following all the instructions from [here](https://yunohost.org/en/isp_box_config?q=%2Fisp_box_config) and made sure the door is open in the firewall section.
any idea how to troubleshoot this?

Port 10000 only opens when a meeting with 3 persons or more is started

Or directly ignored or check whit an ongoing jitsi meeting with 3 people or more, and if check is ok, it can be ignored.
