Comme ça a l’air d’être le même problème que sur ce post de vincentux, j’ai tenté une mise à jour de searx par yunohost app upgrade searx, mais j’ai eu:

J’ai tenté de la supprimer (par yunohost app remove searx, je ne sais pas si c’est la bonne commande mais j’ai comme message:
Erreur : searx n'est pas installé
Oh là mais les notifications de synchro reprennent, yunohost est reparti !! 
j’ai l’impression que la tentative de mise à jour a réglé le problème! Merci de m’avoir mis sur la bonne piste avec nginx -t!!
