J’ai eu le même warning résolu avec le patch proposé par Nextcloud, qui fait la même chose que la modification manuelle:

yunohost app shell nextcloud
wget https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/47378.patch
patch -p 1 < 47378.patch
rm 47378.patch
