Reboot raspberry yunohost external hdd

Redémarrage fonctionne rarement du premier coup

Je maintiens 2 raspberry (un Pi 3B+ et un 4) avec des serveurs Yunohost installés sur un disque dur externe branché via USB. La plupart des fois où je dois rebooter le serveur, cela ne fonctionne pas du premier coup, souvent il me faut débrancher une ou deux fois (voir 3) pour avoir un démarrage fonctionnel.

J’aimerai bien résoudre une bonne fois pour toutes ces incidents…
Est-ce à cause du fsck qui est un peu long parfois qui check le disque dur externe avant ?? est-ce à cause de la carte SD ??
Quels logs je peux regarder pour comprendre la raison ??

C’est délicats car je vous parle de 2 raspberry différents, je vais déjà me contenter de parler de celui qui est chez moi, un raspberry 4 avec un disque dur HDD externe (alimenté avec une alim comme celle-ci: Cdiscount). Branché sur un port USB 3.0.
Parfois je me demande si le problème vient du fait que si je redémarre le raspberry, je ne redémarre pas le disque dur ??

J’ai du éditer ainsi le fichier /boot/cmdline.txt

J’ai ajouter une partition swap et zram aussi, du coup si je regarde les disques avec un fdisk -l je vois ceci
