Es-tu certain d’avoir installé le bon Built-in CODE Server ? ARM64 ?
Si oui, je tenterais la version testing de Nextcloud 20 en faisant
sudo yunohost app upgrade nextcloud -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/nextcloud_ynh/tree/testing --debug
Je suis déjà sur la testing, et elle fonctionne très bien. La configuration nginx y a même été revue, ce qui pourrait aider dans ton cas
