Description of my issue

Dear Yunohost supporters,

when trying to update the version of Mastodon from 4.1.2-ynh1 to 4.1.4-ynh1, an error occurred. The error causes Mastodon to stop working and display an nginx page, with the error in the attached screenshot. I already tried to restore an old backup with the command: sudo yunohost backup restore mastodon-pre-upgrade1, unfortunately without success. The error log can be read at https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/usofuwadef. I would be very grateful for any information on what the error means, how to get more detailed information or how to fix it.

Steps that led to the error:

  • sudo yunohost tools update
  • sudo yunohost tools upgrade system
  • sudo yunohost tools upgrade apps

Best regards

WARNING - 752 Source path β€˜/etc/nginx/conf.d/status.maindomain.tld.d/mastodon.conf’ does not exist

Hmokay, can you confirm that mastodon was installed on status.yourdomain.tld ?

The message tends to indicate that the nginx conf for this app doesnt exists, which would tend to mean that the app was already broken even before the upgrade attempt ?
