prevent google and co. indexing
since i want to keep my server not public at all but reachable over internet my question is how to do this.
especial if i use librefoto or jellyfin

You might want to configure your apps in private mode (Go in Webadmin > Users > Manage permissions and groups and remove permission from visitors group).
If you really need to publicly expose the app, but you don’t want to index it, some apps allow you to configure robots.txt or things like that but we have no mechnism for that.
Note : if you setup Let’s Encrypt your domain name is publish on some public list maintained by Let’s Encrypt…
