Port unreachable despite allowing it

My server version.
yunohost:
repo: stable
version: 4.1.7.1
yunohost-admin:
repo: stable
version: 4.1.4
moulinette:
repo: stable
version: 4.1.4
ssowat:
repo: stable
version: 4.1.3

I tried opening a port on Yunohost.
$ yunohost firewall allow TCP 8448

Despite the port 8448 is shown open in firewall list. Its can not reached from the internet.
Neither $ netstat -paulnt | grep 8448 shows up any output.

For me this happened on one of the other servers too. But it was fixed by me, that time. Now I don’t remember what I did to fix it.
Have someone faced similar situation?

Well if this is self-hosting at home (as asked in the support template message that for some reason nobody want to use, it’s so much better to have other people to re-ask the same questions over and over again), maybe you need to configure port forwarding (as explained in the diagnosis output…)
