je ne sais pas ce qu’il c’est passé mais je n’accéde plus à mes apps depuis interface utilisateur yunohost
et ma boite mail est inondé chaque heure de ce mail :

Je sais pas pourquoi, on dirait une mise à jour (update ?) qui bloque !
Tu fais tes maj par l’interface Yunohost ou par apt update, apt dist-upgrade ?
Au vu du message mariadb ne s’est pas mis à jour. Donc forcément l’accès à l’interface Web nécessitant le sql, cela ne fonctionnera pas.
Essaye effectivement de forcer la config comme l’indique ljf.
N’hésite pas à nous poster le résultat de tes logs. J’avais eu un souci équivalent sur une debian (pas ynh) avec mariadb que j’ai pu résoudre mais je préfère vérifier les logs pour ne pas aiguiller vers une solution si ce n’est pas la bonne.
