You’re right : Nextcloud API was allowed to visitors (default), but not Nextcloud (manual declaration needed).

For those who missed that parameter:
Yunohost webadmin > Users > Manage Groups and rights
Then for Visitors, add “Nextcloud”.

By the way, that also granted a correct access to Collabora Office
