Nginx Help needed with Ombi on another LAN machine

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Windows 10 PC running Virtualbox
YunoHost version: 3.5.2.2 Stable
I have access to my server : through the webadmin or direct access via keyboard / screen
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I am trying to get Yunohost’s version of Nginx to point to an instance of Ombi that is running on my main PC (192.168.1.69) on the LAN. I downloaded the .conf file from Github and copied it over into /etc/nginx/conf.d/mrbenns.ddns.net.d on my Yunohost VM but I still am unable to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated as I am a virtual newbie in these things

Naively, I think you may want to use https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/redirect_ynh with a proxy_pass type redirection, to your other machine (and appropriate port)

Installed and pointing to an internal ip but it just goes to a “loading” page and sits there??
