### Describe your issue

Hello everyone,

I have recently discovered, [Agorakit](https://agorakit.org/), an open source Web-based groupware for collectives. I would like to deploy it on my yunohost home server.
Sadly a package does not exist (yet 🙂) and I don’t have the skills to build it myself…

I am trying to deploy this laravel application inside a “My Webapp” app but I am having a very hard time trying to make it work 😕
My main issues are coming from the nginx configuration that I don’t manage to “simply” serve `/public` directory.

“My webapp” is installed into a folder agorakit/ of my my domain (but I also tried to install it as a subdomain). While the public files are supposed to be put in the folder /var/www/my\_webapp\_\_3/www/ I have deployed agorakit directly in /var/www/my\_webapp\_\_3/ and I have changed the nginx configuration for “My Webapp” /etc/nginx/conf.d/[MyDomain].d/my\_webapp\_\_3.conf to change the #Path to source to :
alias /var/www/my\_webapp\_\_3/public/;

The application failed with a 404 error returned bu Nginx… there is no error in the nginx error log, I only get few notices and warnings… among them, I believe this might be the explanation :

```auto
2025/01/22 23:54:39 [debug] 346669#346669: *47 http script regex: "^/agorakit$"
2025/01/22 23:54:39 [notice] 346669#346669: *47 "^/agorakit$" does not match "/agorakit/", client: **************, server:******** , request: "GET /agorakit/ HTTP/1.1", host: " **********"
```

Can anybody help ?
Thanks in advance !

Guitch
