# Nextcloud won't upgrade or start

### My YunoHost server

**Hardware:** Old laptop or computer  
**YunoHost version:** 11.2.16  
**I have access to my server :** Through SSH, webadmin, and direct access  
**Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?** : no

### Description of my issue

For a few weeks, it seems, when I attempt to navigate to my Nextcloud instance in my browser, I get an error message instead of the login page:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.
More details can be found in the server log.

```

My logs show that 9 days ago, there was an error upgrading Nextcloud. The full logs are [available here](https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/aqegakanif), but the error reported is:

The currently installed version of Nextcloud is 28.0.3~ynh2.

What do I need to do to address these issues and get my Nextcloud running again? All help is appreciated; thank you.

Try to first remove nextcloud app “Plain text editor” and retry nextcloud upgrade in YH webadmin
