Nextcloud upgraded but YunoHost doesn't believe it

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS running Debian Stretch
YunoHost version: 3.6.4.6
I have access to my server : Through SSH, webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

Hello forum friends! Sorry to bother y’all but… something went weird on my Yunohost:

I upgraded Nextcloud from version 13.something to 15.0.4. The upgrade failed at the end of the process because fail2ban timed out.

Afterwards, the running version of Nextcloud was 15.0.4 even though the upgrade allegedly failed. Trying to upgrade Nextcloud via the webadmin now fails because the app backup finds nothing to back up. I guess because it’s looking for the Nextcloud 13 files, but they aren’t there.

How can I tell Yunohost that the current running Nextcloud is version 15?

Here’s the log where Yunohost complains there’s nothing to back up: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/qicodorelu

That looks like an old issue we had… Can you please execute:

touch /etc/php/7.0/fpm/conf.d/20-nextcloud.ini

and retry?
