2019-05-11 17:34:07,699: DEBUG - system hook folder not found for action 'post_app_install' in /usr/share/yunohost/hooks/
2019-05-11 17:34:07,700: DEBUG - custom hook folder not found for action 'post_app_install' in /etc/yunohost/hooks.d/

Hi aris

Just tried with a new install of wordpress, I do not have this error, but I too have that problem with the core upgrade not finishing.
First I think you should wait a little and retry in a little while. A few hours maybe. It could be a temporary problem from the repository of wordpress.

Hello,

I just made a second try… and no change: decompression of archive begin and never end.

Me too…

I don’t think that’s a problem with the package though. It’s more probably more a problem on wordpress side.
Anyway, I’m going to upgrade the package right now, so you won’t have to upgrade yourself.

Thanks a lot…

You’ll find the updated version here, https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/wordpress_ynh/pull/63

You can install from this version with

sudo yunohost app install https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/wordpress_ynh/tree/upgrade52

And you didn’t had those error messages previously ?
Those errors messages don’t come from wordpress, but from YunoHost itself. I’ll try on my side.

Shame on me, previously I installed WP from GUI. But there was no errors…

That would be me, YunoHost is designed to be used from the GUI, not the command line.

Anyway, I do not reproduce that error, I don’t know why it happened.

I made a new install from scratch. This time the only alert was:

Warning: 2019-05-12 18:41:17 URL:https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wp-cli/builds/gh-pages/phar/wp-cli.phar [5506663/5506663] -> "/var/www/wordpress/wp-cli.phar" [1]

Is this a problem?

No, not a problem, just a command saying that it successfully downloaded a file.
Shouldn’t be a warning though, I agree…

Thanks for your help. I turn back to play with Yunohost
