Merged upstream on 28th September 2022.
So in theory it should eventually be available for Debian Buster, and then we will be able to upgrade to that patched version and it will fix this issue.
But meanwhile… how do we fix this ? How to manually apply that patch ? Can we edit apt cache files to change the file ?
edit: rerunning the migration should “fix” this.
