My YunoHost server

Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : yes (but not in Mailman)

Description of my issue
We have installed mailman3 a few years ago and recently noticed that the following setting blocks mails from being sent to the list:
- a list with preferred_language set to English USA properly delivers emails
- if this setting is switched to French, emails are not delivered anymore (without any error message received by email). When the language is set to English again, all emails got delivered at once.
How can we debug this issue? I could not find any issue in mailman3 logs (nor mailman-web). Is there a way to see where and why these emails got queued (they are not queued in any postfix queue).
