Installation de onlyoffice_ynh complète, mais impossibilité d’accéder à des documents

J’ai accès à mon serveur : En SSH | Par la webadmin | En direct avec un clavier/écran | …

Description du problème

Bonjour à tous !
J’ai décidé d’installer onlyoffice_ynh sur mon serveur hier. L’installation s’est déroulée sans soucis (https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/ezaramoked).
Je l’ai installé sur un sous-domaine onlyoffice.domain.tld.
J’ai voulu alors le connecter à mon Nextcloud (nextcloud.domain.tld) mais là je reçois un message d’erreur :

Je vais alors à la page de mon OnlyOffice qui me propose de faire

Ça fonctionne bien, j’arrive à la page d’exemple, et là quand je crée un document ou que je l’uploade, j’ai ce message d’erreur :

J’imagine donc que c’est le problème en amont de celui de Nextcloud, et qui si j’arrive à réparer celui-ci, Nextcloud fonctionnera. Pour l’instant en tout cas mon OnlyOffice est inutilisable…

Si quelqu’un a des idées, je suis preneur !

Dans Nextcloud -> “Applications” activer l’application ONLYOFFICE (c’est le ‘connector’).
puis dans “Paramètres” de Nextcloud -> ONLYOFFICE, compléter “Adresse du service d’édition de document” avec votre adresse du sous-domaine de OnlyOffice (ex; onlyoffice.domain.tld)

La page README donne la procédure d’installation. Elle peut être améliorée si tu trouves des erreurs ou impressions

Pardon j’ai oublié de préciser que j’avais bien fait cela !
Le connecteur est bien installé et permet de faire fonctionner la version démo de OnlyOffice.

Je référence bien mon sous-domaine et ça mène à l’erreur sus-mentionnée, dont je crois comprendre que la cause est dans le package onlyoffice_ynh lui-même à ce que j’en vois avec la dernière image.

Ah oui donc du coup c’est bizarre. Je n’arrive pas à reproduire ton erreur… Et si tu désinstalles et réinstalles OnlyOffice ça donne la même erreur ?

Oui j’ai essayé mais sans succès… D’ailleurs je me rappelle qu’il a eu plusieurs warnings lors de la désinstallation (mais aucun soucis pour la réinstallation). Il n’arrivait par exemple pas à retrouver le package onlyoffice-ynh-deps. Je ne sais pas si c’est normal ou si ça peut avoir un lien quelconque ?

Sinon j’ai essayé des solutions comme proposées en fin de postes ici https://help.nextcloud.com/t/error-while-downloading-the-document-file-to-be-converted/70064/4, mais sans succès.

Il semblerait que mon OnlyOffice ne sache pas se connecter au “Document storage service” : https://api.onlyoffice.com/editors/troubleshooting#error0, mais je ne comprends pas plus

Est-ce que tu as bien installé un certificat lest’encrypt sur ton sous-domaine pour le serveur onlyoffice avant ?

Entre-temps j’ai abandonné et me suis tourné sur Collabora, ça fonctionne nickel !

Oui exactement, elle est très rapide, bien plus performante que la version CODE intégrée dans Nextcloud.
