# Insert image from local file gives error: The document security token is not correctly formed

**What type of hardware are you using** : Old laptop or computer  
**What YunoHost version are you running** : 12.0.13  
**What app is this about** : nextcloud/onlyoffice

### Describe your issue

Trying to insert an image from the computer in a document gives this error:  
The document security token is not correctly formed.  
I checked the JWT secret key and it matches with the settings for onlyoffice in nextcloud  
I checked the header which is default and matches too.  
What else can I check?

onlyoffice has been updated to the last version regarding the security issue  
everything is up to date  
diagnosis all green checks

I’m still open to a solution for this problem which I have not been able to resolve.

Anyone?
