Upgrade failed because the upgrade process was launch twice in parallel, according to log: 2026-02-02 11:39:57,856: INFO - Updating sources... 2026-02-02 11:51:44,596: INFO - Updating sources... The second upgrade process launch a backup of what was done by the first upgrade process which was still on going and so the backup is partial. Did you interrupt the first one ? Did you deliberately relaunch the upgrade at 11:51? Normally launching two yunohost commands in parallel is not possible, …
