hardware : pretty new, desktop with intel core ultra 5 with igpu

Je me rends compte que les drivers pour mon gpu ne sont pas disponibles sur debian12, alors l’acceleration gpu n’est pas dispo, ce qui est embetant, surtout pour jellyfin
Alors est-ce qu’il est possible de mettre a jour les drivers via les backports ? une ia m’a conseille de forcer la mise a jour du noyau linux mais je me suis dit que ce n’etait peut-etre pas une bonne idee… Est-ce qu’il y a des choses que je peux installer ? ou bien est-ce que je dois attendre la prochaine grosse update yunohost/debian ?

I just realized that yunohost des not seem to have the gpu drivers for my configuration as it seems too new. an ai suggested me to update the kernel but i thought is would be risky and maybe overkill… is this supposed to be installed via the backport ?
Is there a safe way to install the drivers or should i wait until the next yunohost/debian update ?

If it’s a new install you can try updating the kernel or you can try yunohost 13

unfortunately no, it’s been months i’m using it a lot so i dont want to try a beta version

Since it’s a production server you better wait for the trixie release.
If you are able to shutdown your server for some time you can try removing your disk and use another one for testing backports, but I would recommend to wait.

There is no ETA. There are still some issues/pr to be fixed/merged, you can take a look here Yunohost 13 · GitHub . + we have to fix some apps incompatibility, like the ones that rely on mongodb…
