# Galene, socket error when connecting

**What YunoHost version are you running** : 12.1.37
**What type of hardware are you using** : Virtual machine
### Describe your issue
I can’t make galene work, I have the page of the group, but when I connect, I have an error message “Error: Socket error: [object Event]” (Firefox)
