FTP access for backup purposes - "permission denied"

Hardware: Thinkpad Laptop – Intel i5 – 4GB RAM
YunoHost version: Latest ISO – fresh install
I have access to my server : SSH & Web Admin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : No

Description of my issue:

Hi there,

I’m trying to FTP into my YunoHost machine so that I can manually download the information from the Nextcloud data folder for backup purposes.

However, when I try it says: “Directory /home/yunohost.app/nextcloud/data: permission denied”

Any ideas on what I need to do to enable access to this folder?

Why not just using the backup function of yunohost?

I didn’t know it had that! How do I do that?

Select none, then tic nextcloud, at the bottom there is backup button. Launch it then go back to local backup and download it
