Fsck to long on boot

Hardware: Raspberry Pi 3
YunoHost version: 11.0.10

Description of my issue

My Rapsberry boots on a 240 Gb disk on my Raspberry. Since a few days, when the system reboots, it’s attempting to fsck each partition. Checking the hard disk is long, and after 1.30 minutes, the system ends up in rescue mode. So if there is a power cut and if I’m not beside the Raspberry, then the system is unable to restart.

Right now I have modified /etc/fstab to prevent checking big partitions but I guess it’s better to check them.

How can I tell YunoHost to wait until disks are checked ?
