Force Install YNH on debian 11 because backup

Hello,

If I try to install yunohost on debian 11
[FAIL] YunoHost is only available for the version 12 (Bookworm) of Debian, you are using '11.11'.

On debian 12 / YNH 12.0.6, when I want to restore apps I’ve got the same error
WARNING - ERROR at line 1: Unknown command '\-'.
