sorry about that, a fix has already been implemented and will be available in the next Yunohost version (in the coming months) : https://github.com/YunoHost/yunohost/pull/219.
In the meantime, doing :
hostnamectl --static set-hostname your.domain.tld
hostnamectl --transient set-hostname your.domain.tld
should fix the issue
