For actual, I would check these folders permissions
ls- la /var/www/actualandls -la /home/yunohost.app/actual(looking for a .sqlite file).
I dug around and found this:

I am so confused how sonarr became the owner of the .sqlite and the .migrate file…
but after changing the owner and group of those 2 files to 978 like the others, the Actual reinstall worked. Thanks!! Solved
