# Error on restoring and reinstalling galène

Hey, I installed Galene some weeks ago and was very happy with it. I decided to change from a generic domain to my own domain.
I used the “change domain/url” command from the application webadmin for galene and got an error.
I then desinstalled and reinstall it on the new subdomain, and got an error.
I then tried to reinstall it on the previous subdomain and got an error.
I tried to restored it and got an error :

I am a little bit out of option at my level 😅

During the diagnostic I saw that the firewall is stopped, I doesn’t restart (maybe related)

Seems to be a problem of variable typing in the code… But I have no idea where, and how it happened ?

I’m suspecting this has to do with this port range … port range are supposed to be supported but are a bit “unusual” … I’m guessing galene adds some port range somehow, and this triggers this issue that was unspotted so far :s

I update the firewall file, restart thé firewall and installed Galene. Thanks !
It did not open these ports again though.
I dont remember if these ports are related to Galene, Jellyfin or a failed install of office/collabora server.
I don’t know also why it blocked the firewall recently and not some weeks ago… ?
Do you know how I can report the function url change ko on some apps to the dev who take care of each ? ([Various errors on domain change - #9 by steven](https://forum.yunohost.org/t/various-errors-on-domain-change/15163/9))

I guess the best way is :
- (you’ll need a github account for this, unfortunately)
- go to the app repository, such as [GitHub - YunoHost-Apps/hextris\_ynh: A fast paced puzzle game package for YunoHost.](https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/hextris_ynh) for hextris for example
- go to the Issue tab
- click New issue
