Erreur à la génération d'une vidéo

What type of hardware are you using: VPS bought online
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.0.10
What app is this about: Dodoc

Describe your issue

Bonjour,

Mar 02 17:37:41 cloud.guillaumeleguen.xyz node[233113]: ! EXPORTER • An error happened: ffmpeg was killed with signal SIGSEGV
Mar 02 17:37:41 cloud.guillaumeleguen.xyz node[233113]: ! API2 • Failed to export file: Error: ffmpeg was killed with signal SIGSEGV

Et le log complet plus bas

Le soucis n’est pas repéré dans une installation hors Yunohost donc ca doit venir de ce paquet.

Qu’en dites-vous ?

Guillaume

Maybe something to do with ffmpeg version causing a segmentation fault (whatever that means )

but you can try:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install nscd
sudo systemctl start nscd.service

Hi and thanks @ericg,

I tested your commands, but i obtained this :

root@cloud:~# sudo apt install nscd
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
yunohost : Depends: unscd but it is not going to be installed
E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.
root@cloud:~# sudo systemctl start nscd.service
Failed to start nscd.service: Unit nscd.service not found.

I didn’t enter in dodoc app. I was just execute this lines in yunohost. Is that correct ?

Really thanks for your help

I’m verry bad in english, i try…

Guillaume

Nevermind… This will not have solved the issue anyway. I have no idea how to fix the issue.

how much ram do your VPS have?
maybe I can try to reproduce in my server
