We’re going to need more info to help you debug your problem.

Have you tried rebooting your server/device ? Or restarting the dovecot service ? Do you have limited ram that might explain this stopped service ?

I solved my problem: I installed portsentry and it blocked the repatriation of mails to the client. After removing portsentry everything is good. I will reinstall portsentry excluding port 143.
