Version de YunoHost: 4.1.7.2
J’ai accès à mon serveur : Par SSH et plus ou moins par la web admin
Êtes-vous dans un contexte particulier ou avez-vous effectué des modificiations particulières sur votre instance ? : j’ai tenté de bidouiller à la main la configuration web d’un domaine donné, ce qui est à l’origine du souci décrit ci-dessous.

J’ai tenté d’installer Pleroma tout à l’heure. Sauf que je n’ai pas fait attention, et j’ai réutilisé un domaine que j’avais créé pour essayer quelques bidouilles, et pour lequel j’avais oublié de remettre le fichier de conf’ nginx dans son état d’origine. Du coup, l’installation a foiré, mais ça, c’était prévisible. Le souci, c’est au niveau de la désinstallation.

En effet, passées les premières étapes, le pacman s’est mis à mouliner indéfiniment, ou du moins, jusqu’à ce que je me mange une 504 (gateway time-out) dans la tronche. D’après top, la machine est particulièrement calme ; mais quand j’essaye de relancer la web admin depuis un autre onglet, le pacman tourne indéfiniment, sans me laisser accès au champ pour le mot de passe (d’où le « plus ou moins » ci-dessus).

Aucun message d’erreur particulier dans les logs en haut de page. Suite à demande d’aide sur le chan IRC, j’ai tenté un ps -ef --forest | grep -C3 yunohost, qui a permis d’identifier un [sh] <defunct> (je vous paste le log complet si vous jugez ça utile, mais du coup ça a bougé depuis).

On m’a alors conseillé de tenter un systemctl restart yunohost-api, qui m’a rendu la main sur la web admin… mais quand je suis retourné voir dans Applications, Pleroma était toujours listée. J’ai donc re-tenté la désinstallation, qui, sans grande surprise, s’est remise à tourner indéfiniment après l’étape de suppression de l’utilisateur (lequel n’existait pas, du coup ; il me semble que c’est à peu près au même moment que ça avait commencé à mouliner dans le vide la fois d’avant).

J’hésite à faire un nouveau restart de yunohost-api au moins pour pouvoir récupérer la main sur la web admin ; mais si vous avez des solutions pour nettoyer cette tentative ratée d’install de Pleroma, en vue de réessayer proprement sur un domaine non-bidouillé, je prends…

Zblerg, du coup si c’est toujours bloqué, refaisons un systemctl restart yunohost-api

Pour comprendre le probleme il faudrait partager le log de l’opération échouée que tu dois pouvoir trouver dans Outils > Journaux

J’avais fermé la web admin entre temps, et le pacman m’empêchait toujours de me loguer, donc j’ai effectivement relancé le service pour pouvoir aller voir les journaux… Du coup, je confirme que Pleroma est bien toujours listé dans les applis installées. Et le journal de la dernière tentative de désinstallation me laisse perplexe :

Il se plaint qu’il n’arrive pas à virer les trucs qui ne sont déjà plus là, ce qui est compréhensible, mais je ne vois rien qui ait l’air de délirer à part ça…

Suite à une nouvelle discussion sur IRC, Aleks a trouvé une solution, gloire à lui \o/

Sur ses conseils, je suis allé modifier le fichier /usr/share/yunohost/helpers.d/systemd. À la ligne 154, juste avant le return 1, j’ai rajouté une ligne contenant /usr/share/yunohost/helpers.d/systemd. Je ne sais pas trop ce que ça a changé au juste, ne connaissant pas suffisamment les arcanes de YunoHost, mais ce simple changement a fait que la désinstallation retentée juste après s’est terminée presque aussitôt, avec succès.

Donc c’est cool :slight_smile: Plus qu’à restaurer le fichier de conf’ initialement fautif dans son état de base, et à retenter de voir.
