What i referred to, was reboot after upgrade, not the upgrade itself.
I did’t read that anywhere, probably, because it seems evident to most persons.
But unluckily not to me 
In any case, my post wasn’t ment as complaint, just as information.

Also… I think the preferred way of doing this is to use Yunohost tools rather than direct Debian apt commands, eg:
sudo yunohost tools update system && sudo yunohost tools reboot

You are right (except always a reboot). It does work with mine.
