Conduit Version mismatch between yunohost package and what the server declare

What app is this about, and its version: Conduit 0.10.12~ynh1
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.39
What type of hardware are you using: Old laptop or computer

Describe your issue

The installed package version in yuno is conduit 0.10.12~ynh1 but when I ask the “bot” @conduit:[domain] --version, it answer with 0.10.11.
Same on https://[domain]/_matrix/federation/v1/version, I get
server
name “Conduit”
version “0.10.11”

Don’t know if it’s an upstream bug or anything but at least I passed the info.

I rebooted the service and even the server with no visible change.
