Can't update apps / migrate / share logs

From now on, I don’t have migrations left, and I could update all system packages from the web interface.
I managed to update everything left, I don’t know why, it worked when I clicked on “update all applications” and not separately.

The one last thing is my Yunohost version still says :

Will it come to normal some day ?

Nevermind, I was very confident that the version number should be 4.xxx, don’t know why.
