Can't restore nextcloud after server migration from rpi4 to mini pc x86

What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.39
What type of hardware are you using: Old laptop or computer

I did a migration from my rpi4 to a mini pc with intel x86 and all went well expect for nextcloud

I did it all manually at the end, but after isntalling nextcloud from scratch the files were there(maybe from the failed backup??). Then many files were corrupted, and I restore them all from a manual backup.
