This issue seems to have the same root cause as Can't install MyDrive?. Please do not post additional threads if the logs mention issues with MongoDB.
Can you share your MongoDB service logs? In your webadmin, in Tools > Services > mongod, and click on “Share logs with YunoPaste”. Share here the link to the generated webpage.
