Cant access Yunohost from my LAN but can outside of it

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Old laptop
YunoHost version: 11.0.10.1 (stable)
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen | …
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no
If yes, please explain:

Description of my issue

This is weird and came on suddenly this morning. I havent mucked about in the router since installing Yunohost. Today I can only access my Yunohost from outside of the LAN. On the LAN I can only access the admin through the browser or ssh by going to the ip.
All port forwarding appears unchanged. I have a couple of external domains (not Yunohost .nohost.me) and cant even get to them either unless I’m outside the LAN.

I did do yunohost dyndns update --force
Could that have done anyting?
Any clue as to what to check next?

I even called my isp to see if they did anything. But since it’s not their router they couldnt. So it’s obviously my router. But I dont know what to check.

Help me Obi Won. You’re my only hope!

Sorry for the dramatics there. LOL!

Could this be something with nginx config?
I did install Mastodon the day before yesterday.
