Cant access my cloud, dont know if i have a local server

How are you able to access your server: The webadmin

I am trying to access the server for my company, this was setup a while ago and we havent made modifications recently. The people that worked on it left and i barely know how this works.

When trying to access the cloud via a browser https://cloud.xyz.io/yunohost/admin it says “this site cant be reached” i dont know where i can reboot the server without having access to that page.

Is there any way from yunohost to Reboot the cloud? Or do i need to know on what my yunohost is running?

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

You can connect to the webadmin via the ip address of the server.
Login using the credentials of the admin account. Go to diagnosis and share (using the green button) here the link of the log so we can help you
