Can Fathom Lite be added to YNH apps?

I would like to suggest: Fathom Lite be added to YNH apps. it’s source code is at: GitHub - usefathom/fathom: Fathom Lite. Simple, privacy-focused website analytics. Built with Golang & Preact.

I am using it on a separate domain now. But does it support tracking more than one website via one install or does it need a separate install onto another domain for each website i want to track using Fathom?
