Backups via Yunohost Admin inaccessible

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Old laptop or computer

YunoHost version: 3.7.1.1
I have access to my server : Through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

While preparing for an upgrade I first created a complete backup. It was quite large and seemed to hang but I left it untouched. After some time I verified on my server that the Backup was in fact completed, which it was.

However now I can no longer open the Backup tool in the Yunohost admin.

It tries but never connects. My server seems to be functioning normal in every other way.

I’m considering either simply restarting my server or doing a system upgrade to 3.8. Is there any risk in doing this?

In the meantime I have copied the most recent full backups to an external drive.

Uuuh not sure what you mean … Do you mean you clicked on “Local archives” and it hangs forever ? Isn’t there any message displayed in the top bar where ongoing operaion logs are usually displayed ?

Anyway I think it’s safe to upgrade to 3.8 without doing any backup…

Yes, that’s right. It just hangs forever without opening.
